Quick ‘n Easy Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Serves 4
  • 1.75  lb boneless pork loin roast
  • 2 tsp red wine vinegar
  • 2 cloves diced garlic
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 cup low sugar BBQ sauce (I used Stubb’s Original, which only contains 4g of sugar)
  • 2 tbsp. brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except for brown sugar in crock pot and cook on high for 6 hours.

  1. With a fork, break apart pork, stir to coat with sauce and add brown sugar.
  2. Cook on high for 30-45 minutes
