One of my best friends (and long-time blog readers) got engaged last weekend and I can’t wait to be in the wedding  am so excited for her! ;) This probably means I finally have to go visit her in the frozen tundra of northern New York.

On a more fitness and sports related “smile” note, in honor of our team advancing to the Round of 16-

I know they’re just doing fast feet, but it’s amazing nonetheless. I can’t wait for Tuesday’s game!

    I shall try the running workout today! But repeat four times looks a little brutal. How long did it take you?

      It actually doesn’t take that long-about 30 minutes! It can be pretty brutal when you’er doing it, but once you’re done you feel AWE-SOME. Report back when you’ve done it!
