Happy (?) Monday!
Did the weekend zoom by for anyone else? It went so fast that I neglected to take any non-Snapchat photos aside from this one from our trip to the beach on Saturday-

Better late than never right?
I knew I wasn’t going to do all of the exercises (I didn’t do them the first time around, so I’m not predicting anything different the second time around), so I decided to do the most important ones, along with a quick routine that would keep me in working order for running.
As luck would have it, this Competitor article popped up in my Facebook feed on that day and I’ve been doing these five exercises ever since. It takes FIVE minutes a day and it’s actually gotten me in the swing of things when I don’t feel like working out.
Try it. I promise you won’t be disappointed and it’s always fun to put a little extra ab and glute workout in the bank right?
