Heres’s another Friday edition of Eat, Sweat, Smile. I started doing this series last week and think I might keep it up. A post is better than no post, right? I do what I can at the beginning of a three day weekend.

I had a surplus of plums on hand from my produce box, so I made THIS-
It’s called Kuchen, and it’s delicious. I used this recipe, but used gluten free flour that I had on hand. DE-LICIOUS.
I did this on Monday when I felt like working out…but not really working out. My obliques definitely felt it the next day.
I could not stop smiling when I watched this yesterday. What a cute and creative idea!
