It’s Question Time!

Good Morning!

I hope everyone had a great long weekend!

Apologies for the lack of post yesterday (I know you missed me), but I’m trying to get this whole studying thing done.

Anyway, first things first, this happened today-

It’s been almost four months, but I’m finally feeling like I could get back into this running thing again.

Moving on.

I’m really appreciative of everyone who stops by on a daily basis to read this little ol’ blog and you hear a lot from me, so I wanted to take an opportunity to switch things up and turn it over to you! In the words of Mr. Adam Lambert, what do you want from me?

He wants to know what you want. (source)

Does anyone have anything they want to see more of (or less of) on the blog? Any burning fitness, life or blog questions for me? I’ll answer any and everything (within reason of course), so let ‘er rip!

Feel free to email your questions to eatsweatsmile@gmail.com or leave a question in the comments below!

Happy Wednesday!

I definitely like recipes the best…followed by pictures of Rosie, Fiona, and me.

  2. Hey Danielle,

How weird, I actually took 4 months off running from an injury as well! I had a femoral stress fracture, not fun. in the slightest. :(

What were you injured with? So I totally get the frustration of not being able to run, but knowing it’s the best thing for your body.. ahh the conflict!

Hope you’re enjoying being back running again, I know I was ecstatic! more so than I probably should’ve been, haha.

Yikes! A femoral stress fracture?! I’m glad you’re better and back to running-that sounds like a lot of physical therapy and rehab!

My injury was much less severe-I just had an inflamed meniscus and hip due to the fact that my standing and running form was way off. It was a pain in the butt (literally) to learn how to walk and stand correctly-I thought I had that mastered after 26 years :) . I’m usually pretty impatient, but as annoying as it was, I’m glad I took the time off and didn’t rush recovery :)
