Forgive the cheesy title. I promised you another set of exercises for The Month of the Core and here they are.
Last week, Oiselle sent out a tweet asking for followers’ favorite abs exercises and I responded with my favorites-the response was a little scary-
About to burn! RT @daniellewolfe: @oiselle 2 faves! Spidermans (plank position, knee to elbow) and then plank twist.

Turns out, the compiled their favorite exer-tweets (does that work) from users to create the #SexyCore workout, which I did yesterday.

I think they should call it #sweatycore, because I was sweating through my shirt after I finished.
Next up is an exercise from a ballerina and aside from their grace and poise, ballerinas are known for their toned and strong cores. Luckily, my sister is a ballerina (that’s her front and center),

Every dancer knows that poise and grace comes from the core.
so she can torture me with share her ab routines with me.
I did this one earlier this morning and now my abs are on fire-Thanks sis!

Here’s to more core!

YES! Thanks for this, always great to get some new core moves. It’s too easy to fall into a routine with core workouts and fall into a pattern. can’t wait to try ‘em both out.
