Yesterday at 11:52 a.m. I was chatting with my friend when all of a sudden I realized that I’d had a huge oversight-

me: also

dude it’s pi day!

Kristen: yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay

i just want pie

me: I totally forgot

i should have brought a pie to work. durn

Kristen: the facebook told me when i woke up

I had once again forgotten the calendar date and had consequently forgotten that it was Pi Day! I’m sure all of you know what Pi Day is, but just in case, every year when March 14th (3/14) rolls around, rational nerds around the globe celebrate the king of all irrational numbers, PI!

Even though I was bummed about forgetting baked goods, I still found a way to celebrate. One of my Twitter friends, Nicole retweeted a Pi Day workout-

Since I had no plan of action for my post work trip to the gym, I decided to celebrate Pi Day with sweat instead of sweets.

I changed the original workout a bit to incorporate some HIIT and some of my favorite exercises-here’s a workout to celebrate your inner nerd-on any day!
